    The same thing has happened to me before! It usually has to do with my shoes and how tight they are. Also taking breaks and having intervals of different exercise machines helps.

    The shoes you wear on a cross trainer should fit like running shoes, which should always be 1 size bigger than your regular size shoes.
    It’s worth it to go to a shoe store to get fitted (don’t use the mall stores with teenagers — go to a store with real trained adults to be sure you’re getting the right stuff). You’ll pay more, but your feet will thank you.
    I know mine did!

    Your feet falls asleep because the blood supply is being cut off. Could your sneakers or sweatpants/leggings be too tight around the ankles? Maybe try a different pair of sneakers next time you’re on the cross trainer or wear loose fitting clothes instead.
