    21/6 is 3.5 lbs a week… thats ridiculously good… you should look totally diff than what you did when u started…

    really?! did you just stick with this program? If so what was your daily meal? like did you just eat salads or just eat the same just smaller portions?

    but using a photoshopped image as her ‘logo’ seems to defeat the purpose of her opposing photoshopping in magazines etc… if she was trying to give a pro-body image then i would have thought that you would use a real photos
