This video actually does work. I’m 6’2″ and weigh 175 pounds but the only fat I store is in my belly region and can vouch for this video actually working. After a week you can do this in the morning and before bed to increase results. Also, cutting out pop completely will get awesome results in no time.
it is cos your neck muscles are also very weak. You should exercise it first or at least do this exercise and that will improve with time. Just keep in mind never exercise beyond the level at which you feel comfortable or you just wreck your neck
