			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I just started doing yoga about a week ago, and I really enjoy how I feel afterward.  Since I feel rejuvenated and full of energy after a session, I like to do it in the morning.  I like to lift weights or do some cardio in the afternoon or at night if I have the time and energy.  But, I read online that doing yoga makes you temporarily weaker because of the static stretching.  About how long does this temporary weakness last?  A few minutes? Hours? Days?</p>
