<p>I&#8217;m trying to decide between 2 classes being offered locally: Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Yoga.  The course descriptions make Hatha sounds a bit more kinetic, but since I&#8217;m new to all this I really don&#8217;t know which is best.  My goal is to reduce stress and muscle tension.<br />
By the way, I am NOT looking to lose weight.</p>
