I would like to know how much weight, on average, can expect to lose in June to eat a little fat, lean protien, and diet rich in fiber? Low Carb does not work for me, and it is too strict.
I tried low carb but it does not work for me and my body responds better to low-fat, because with little fat, I have more freedom and flexibility and can make long-haul (stay on the right track).
I have little fat before and lost 50 + lbs. I just fell out of the adventure.
