How much yoga does it take to become a yoga pro?

I’ve been doing yoga for a while, and I definitly can feel a deference in how I am able to move now. The guys on my yoga tapes are bendy to the extreme though. Any yoga gurus out there, please let me know how many months, years, etc. it takes to have a great range of motion, and a ton of flexibility.

I am an athlete and I play basketball in my Pro local club. I am also an occasional jogger and love other sports too. But sometimes I go out on weekends and drink heavily. My football games go for about 70min, and I get tired usually around 50min. I am a central midfielder, so I do lots of walking. In the last 20 minutes is where the game is won and lost, so how can I improve my fitness level? I can only spare approximately 30 minutes per day. I’m 15 by the way.
