Fitness blog offering information on staying fit and in shape
I am an athlete and I play basketball in my Pro local club. I am also an occasional jogger and love other sports too. But sometimes I go out on weekends and drink heavily. I drink beer, rum, tequila, vodka, and much more! I dont get drunk, because I usually stops when I feel like Im getting there. I know that alcohol cannot be good in any shape, but I want to know what kind of damage are we talking about here? I have a near perfect fitness according to recent tests, but I wasn’t drinking heavily then.
Now I’m considering taking a vacation and I know it is wrong to drink so much, therfore I wonder what the consequences might be on my level of fitness.
