Can Anyone Suggest An Ideal Gym Program If I Wanna Tone Up Everywhere And Increase My Fitness.?

I’m going to the gym to increase my fitness level and tone, but do not know what I am doing is really working. Can we offer an ideal program to do it for me? I am not overweight, 20 and 5 “9 in height (not sure if you need to know that!).
