I came 33rd lol. it was yesterday, over a distance of 3 miles. If I run 3 + miles every day, and increased my speed on a treadmill, I would improve next year in cross country? perhaps finish in the top 3?
I tried to run and not machines and cycling, etc, but the cross trainer is the only machine i really enjoy using the gym. I fear that this is not really done much for me, though. What is the best way to burn calories and fitter in the gym?
