How Could I Improve My Fitness Level, So That I Don’t Tire As Much When Playing Soccer?

My football games go for about 70min, and I get tired usually around 50min. I am a central midfielder, so I do lots of walking. In the last 20 minutes is where the game is won and lost, so how can I improve my fitness level? I can only spare approximately 30 minutes per day. I’m 15 by the way.

I came 33rd lol. it was yesterday, over a distance of 3 miles. If I run 3 + miles every day, and increased my speed on a treadmill, I would improve next year in cross country? perhaps finish in the top 3?
