
Fitness blog offering information on staying fit and in shape

I’m 14, 127lbs and 5’7 “.
I’m going on vacation in July and want to be fit and toned. My stomach would need “special care” (…), because it is not as strong as my legs etc.
I’m already eating healthy and trying to exercise, but there are two problems:
a) The sofa like shouting “TVVVVV … Foood … MOOVIIEES ”
ok, I think this is very clear. I can # t appear to have sufficiently motivated and down the sofa.
b) I want to go jogging outside, but I live near a forest where it is difficult to run and I can not handle a major hills yet (jogging, cycling, ..)
Thus, any person willing to help? I need some advice on how to gain endurance without equipment (I’m 14 and my budget is not humongo, like most of you have probably realized), and I am not interested in diet pills, shakes, machines, such as blablabla açai berries
