Figure Skating: This sport includes several events and is usually conducted on four runners. Figure skating includes activities such as figure, dance and freestyle.
Roller Hockey: Roller hockey can be played using quad skates or inline skates. It is a fast game. To make the ball visible, the rinks are built using blue or white pavement.
Inline Skating: Roller skating is a dynamic sport, which is mainly carried out on the streets, parks and sidewalks.
Roller Derby: Roller Derby is a growing sport that has been around for years. It is increasingly becoming a senior ladies sport that is very fast and competitive.
Speed Skating: Many skaters enjoy the excitement of speed skating. You can speed skate on quad skates or inline skates. Many of speed skating competitions are held within a rink, but many races are held outdoors on the streets.
Skating is a fun activity that improves your overall health and does not have a negative impact on the joints and muscles.
