Heya Lyza, how do you prevent from getting sick. I’ve bumped my workoust to two-a days Mon-Fri to reach my cutting goals. however i find i get sicker often. my carb/protein intake is good, and i get my vitamins in, and sleep 9hrs a day…any suggestions?
