you should not worry, with the crosstrainer you are getting a very good high cardio workout, that is burning those calouries.
if you feel that is not enough, incorporate some weight training too, and mix it up with something else of your choice, that you enjoy.
just remember any exercise is better than none.
    keep it up!!!!

cross trainers are brilliant – they give a very similar motion and workout as running but without the excessive pounding on your joints
they dont quite work you up as much because your not physically pushing your body weight down a street
    but…
so long as your not making it too easy for yourself you will burn up the calories in no time
well done and just keep it up =)

Yes it is but remember that at the same time you need the stretching so that your mussels should not get weeken.
Its a good replacement of walk and jogging.
    Best of luck

    Don’t use a gym !
Go for a run in the park – you burn a third more calories road running than you do using a treadmill – also whilst in the gym you will be breathing in other peoples sweat and fecal matter as they work out – not good!
