    i lost 30lbs in 5 months on a 20%fat,20%protein and 60% carb diet.
how much you lose is going to be determined by how many calories you eat per day.
since you are that much overweight you might lose 40-50lbs by june if you calorie intake isn’t very high.not over 1500cals a day.safe to go as low as 1100cals. (i ate 1300 to 1700cals a day for 5months)
i doubt if it would be more because that not alot of physical activity so it won’t burn many calories per day.
this is all quess work on my part based on what i have read. im not an expert. i used books on diet and exercise to lose weight. i don’t go by my ideas.
btw. i have been off my diet for 3months and haven’t gained back any weight. i still eat the same way as i did on the diet and since im not trying to lose weight i can eat more to maintain my weight.

I am over 40 and am losing the weight and feeling great.
Your best bet for loosing weight is proper diet and exercise. You should be doing 30+ minutes of cardio per day (walk, run, bike, stair climber, elliptical). In addition you should also be doing some strength training to build muscle mass since lean muscle helps burn fat.
Your diet should include lean protein and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. You don’t have to give up the foods you love; you just need to learn portion control. There are no magic diets or pills that will do the work for you. You have to take it upon yourself to make the positive changes in your life to be healthier.
That being said, there are things that can help you achieve your weight loss goals. If proper nutrition and hunger control are holding you back, follow the link below.
