    awesome job but pls tell your cameraman to focus on your whole body so we can see your whole form b/c sometimes in your videos, he/she lingers too much on ya chest instead of showing your stance or feet in the workouts….thanks!

    Well done, Zuzana! You’re inspiring!I tried Burpee’s this morning. I did 3 sets of 10 repetitions each. They were not as difficult as I had imagined, though I was definitely breathing fast by the end.I do lots of walking, 2 types of situps and I workout with dumb bells. After the Burpee’s, I did 100 pushups! (Not all in a row, I managed 43 pushups, then took a little break.)When I started doing pushups, I could only do 10 in a row. If you stick with your exercises, you’ll improve too!

    ummmmm… she has my dream body (if her boobs are real). Amazing.  I would need to do a million burpees to look 10% as good as her. Well done. I HATE burpees. Burpees and turkish get ups. Ugh.
