are you mixing worship with meditation?
i ask because they are very different things .
to worship or think of in awe or to realize and see what is there.?

To know God one must only be alive. Our “life-force” and what it takes to keep us alive is “the” amazing part of God.
I alomost died 4 weeks ago in the local hospital’s ER.
When I started to heal (breath and live) and my organs started working again, I definitley can say I had a moment. I must of joined that NearDeathExperience club.
But during the experience when I was lying there resigned to my fate, the feeling of ‘life” was wonderful and I felt myself gasping as if I couldn’t get enough oxygen and it’s life-giving properties.
God is the biologocal wizard that has created us as a life form and it is our life & time here that is the magic. Our biosphere is our cradle, our life-giving eco-system. God entrusted it to us and we are destroying it before we can understand and co-exist with it. The answers to our problems are here already, we just need the wisdom to see those answers in the nature that we areso much a part of.
Yoga strengthens the “chi” and therfore brings you closer to your maker. The stronger the life-force the greater/higher the “chi” achieved.
Re-experiencing the “forces of life”, (actual rebirth), was like a gleefull, happy, wonderful moment that one could equate to “riding a living rollercoaster”. The more life force you could feel the faster the coaster, weeeeeeeeeee!
Take care of your body and happy yoga
    God Bless

Yup. Most people don’t realize that tai chi also is not just the gentle strip-mall exercise program they think it is. Tai Chi derives from one of the most ancient and powerful forms of martial arts and when taught by a martial arts master rather than a health club flunky it is powerfully spiritual and meditative as well as the ultimate in self-defense. Thanks to television, there are a lot of popularized misconceptions about eastern beliefs and practices. Yoga is one of them.

  17. buddhamo says:

    no its not
yoga is an excersize you to clear you mind BEFORE worship
it is not an actual form of worship, it is just associated with it.
