    Again, no breathing instruction. Just because it’s perhaps easy doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be done. Plus it reinforces the instruction, AND it gets people doing it! Cos they breath enough, let alone forcefully enough.Also, I recommend hand placement a little farther apart, as shoulder width too easily isolates the shoulders, which means ‘courting injury’, and doesn’t as easily engage the lats (the major mover here), delts, and traps.

    dude, questions like that will only add on to your fear, thus discouraging you from trying handstands at all. a good way to fix your worry is to learn “escape” methods for when you lean too forward in a handstand. one method is to twist 90 degrees and simply step down. the other is to roll out of it forwards. the second method shouldnt be used on hard ground though, just use the first. or, if you’re still scared, just use a wall to balance you. good luck!
