Can Using A Fitness Ball And Dumbells Provide A Complete Workout?

    believe it or not…YES… it can provide a full workout. AND yes it can replace they gym.. i lost more weight at home then at the gym !

    That’s plenty of equipment for strength and flexibility, assuming you have enough different sized dumbbells of sufficient weight, but it won’t do anything for your cardiovascular system.
    You don’t need a gym for that either, all you need is a pair of running shoes and a front door……
    I think I’m in decent shape (4-time Ironman), and the only time I go to the YMCA is to use the pool.

    dumbells can be used for an full body workout and fitness balls can be used for a lot more than just abdominals. Dumbells are a great way to lose fat as they cause you to use your core stability more and so in a nutshell is harder for your body and thus you will burn more calories than if you were using a fixed machine in gym. There are plenty of workouts on the internet using just a swiss/ fitness ball and dumbells so you should have no problem. Keep doing cardio though, 20-30 mins 3 to 4 times a week after your weight session and you will be looking great in no time!
