    do not do it on ure bed. u need the support of the floor and u need to use ure own muscles. the bed will make u sink in kind of.

    my first day and im poofed i mean the last exercise killed me and now my muscles hurts ..but thats not gona stop me =3 great exercises

    these exercises can be very usefull…BUT if you really wanna loose weight and get a flat stomach, you have to do some cardiovascular exercises along with it. the best thing i suggest is going out on a half an hour run and then doing these exercises. also between each exercise you have to have a 1 minute rest. when your muscles are working, they need a rest so dont push it!!well good luck to everybody.
